The price of the real estate includes: The ideal parts of land which belong to the lodging – for Bulgarian citizens and Bulgarian firms; The ideal parts of the building right – for foreigners. The terms of sale and pricing can be changed one sided by the seller, and the latter will inform the agents about that at least seven calendar days prior to the moment of change.
